Technical Courses
Dauntless Divers offers technical dive training ranging from our introductory "Intro to Tech" course all the way through closed circuit rebreather diving. As one of the sole providers of CCR and Trimix training on Okinawa, Dauntless Divers can truly take you to depths previously unexplored.

Intro to Tech
Intro to Tech is the transitional course for recreational divers wishing to move up into technical diving. Training is focused on technical diving equipment as well as foundational skills that are the hallmark of all elite tech divers such as buoyancy, trim and situational awareness. Upon completing this course students will be certified to dive within their current certification level utilizing technical diving gear. This course is a must for divers interested in exploring the world of technical diving or just wanting to bring their diving skills to the next level.

Advanced Nitrox
The Advanced Nitrox course expands on the basic Nitrox certification by teaching students the proper procedures for employing gas mixtures from 21% through 100%(O2). The TDI Advanced Nitrox course is generally taken along with the Decompression Procedures course to make up TDI's first level technical decompression certification. Upon completion students will be certified to dive within their current certification limits utilizing Nitrox mixes up to 100%.

Decompression Procedures
Decompression Procedures is students first level venturing into planned decompression diving. TDI's "Deco" Procedures course explores the theory, equipment, physics and physiology associated with conducting technical decompression. This course is usually taken with with Advanced Nitrox allowing for "accelerated decompression" utilizing gas mixtures all the way up to 100%. Upon completion students are certified to conduct planned decompression dives up to 150ft (45m).

Extended Range
Extended Range divers are the masters of "deep air" and EANx mixtures. Explore depths as great as 180ft (55m) while conducting extended range decompression utilizing two different decompression gases. Further emphasis will be placed on dive planning, emergency procedures and contingency planning. Graduates are at the highest level of technical diver certification before Trimix.

CCR Advanced EANx Diver (Triton CCR)
Take the ultimate next step in your diving exploration with closed circuit rebreathers (CCR). Dive deeper, stay longer, use less gas and be silent! This course is designed to certify students specifically on the Triton mCCR up to a maximum depth of 130ft (40m). Come and join the dark side...

CCR Advanced EANx Diver (Hollis Prism 2 Tek)
Take the ultimate next step in your diving exploration with closed circuit rebreathers (CCR). Dive deeper, stay longer, use less gas and be silent! This course is designed to certify students specifically on the Hollis Prism 2 Tek eCCR up to a maximum depth of 130ft (40m). Come and join the dark side...
Specialty Courses
Our specialty courses offer both new and experienced technical divers focused training with numerous specialized courses. Dauntless Divers specialty courses are held to an extremely high standard as we apply technical training methodologies throughout each courses curriculum. Drysuit and sidemount diving are just some of the classes offered that will help bring your underwater exploration to the next level.

Enriched Air Nitrox (EANx) Diver
During NAUI's Enriched Air Nitrox (EANx) course students will learn how to choose the proper blend of nitrox for their dive profile, determine maximum depth limits, analyze their breathing mixture and plan and safely execute each dive. Topics such as physiology of oxygen and nitrogen; advantages, disadvantages, hazards and precautions of handling oxygen and more are taught during a day of academics. Graduates will be certified to dive Nitrox mixtures up to 40%

Sidemount Diver
Dauntless Divers provides instruction in both recreational and technical sidemount configurations. The sidemount setup is ideal for use in confined spaces and overhead environments where back mounted doubles can prevent your advancement. Learning this skill will enable you to chose your equipment configuration to best suit the diving environment and round out your technical diving knowledge base.

Drysuit Diver
This course provides training in the use of dry suits to become familiar and comfortable with their thermal protection options, controls and buoyancy characteristics. Upon successful completion of this course, graduates are considered competent to engage in open water diving activities while using a dry suit, without supervision, provided the diving activities and the areas dived approximate those of training.
